The Deets : AW13 Trends
CHANEL COUTURE
ACNE RTW
Can we take a moment to be grateful for what a collective of my fave disgner's have in store for us- literally. This fall we are going to notice the Sports Luxe go through a transition, the designs of the garments themselves retain a masculine form yet the colours used and in which way the material is tweaked adds a touch of femininity, though if you aren't a big fan you could always go for the mid-century trend which includes nipped skirts and a wide body and still you still get to explore with the men's material.

Ultimate Love; Richard Nicoll
I'm back from Bristol, tired as hell! Ill post about my trip tomorrow, thought I should do a post on a designer I've loved since last year, Richard Nicholl. Another London born CSM grad who's designs scream out geometry, minimalism and like most British manufactured designers its almost inevitable that the designs have a chic finish. To me this mean the garment is one to treasure the term chic ooze's of everything classy, bold, elegant and the modern woman. I've decided to upload both the SS13 and SS12 collections, to be honest purely because I'm still in love with last years floral prints, the perspex materials, cold pallets and the more interesting layering and textures just as much as I love the new collection which is currently filled with the new so-loved sports luxe, the reoccurring leopard-like print, the mesh seems to have replaced the sheer materials we saw last year. I will start with this years collection.

Outdoor(sy) Casual: Must Haves!
So after trials and tribulations, I am finally ready to go to Bristol, have a little time away from London and truly get white girl wasted with my girl. This is good bye to excessive use of anything that could hinder my focus on my academic goals and work. Seeing as soon as I get back from Bristol I be will starting my short course in Politics of Identity at Birkbeck Uni, I'm also studying Maths seeing as I never listened in high school. May comes soon after and I start training for work soon as training is over its my birthday. I'll be 21!! Woop woop! Fun times! Every one loves a busy schedule right?- right!? *exhales* I have a whole load more planned after but not until all these small things work out.
I'm going to Bristol for a BBQ and '4/20' so I have to dress accordingly, and there are few things a lass just has to have. Ill be showing you what I consider to be vital things one needs when going away- in this case to a casual/outdoorsy event- but a bitch gotta stay cute(in the cheapest way possible- for now of course). After all Its a BBQ things could get messy!

Black Number

If I had all the money in the world, 80 % of my wardrobe would be monochrome. Right now Im looking at the black dresses - every woman deserves and needs a black number - Id feel most 'sexy' in leather and these are some of my fave dresses so far. I thought It would probably be best to show you how I would wear it. Another thing I like to do is mix leather with another texture, suede for formal and denim for informal - I couldn't find black shoes I thought where fitting for this dress- these seemed perfect and now I want a pair.
