TREND REPORT!! AW12| Fashion 2012| Fashion Week

Fall is fast approaching and I started researching! Ha! I don't wanna pack stuff I won't wear to Uni tbh. I just chose the TOP trends that I noticed were reoccurring in most shows.

Colours: Red, Berry && Purple
Look out for berry colours such as maroon and wine. Purple is also a colour pop for next season. (Designers from left; Jason Wu, DKNY & L'Wren Scott)

Trend Report2: Military, Metallic, Velvet && Baroque
Military has made a comeback this fall. It's not only camouflage you should look out for but gorgeous army style pieces such as parkas, military jackets and peplum jackets. Don't forget the buttons we all love! Metallics are also in and I'm absolutely in love. We've already seen some lovely pieces coming to the end of this season. Celebs are wearing the shoes with the metal toe cap and metallic belts. Gold is also in and part of the metallic trend. Velvet has been popular on the catwalk and what better season to bring in velvet. Also watch out for glam baroque embellishments. Keeping it glam! Trend Report3: leather, silhouette, mannish
I'm so relieved leather is still in this fall! This is a perfect winter trend alongside some fur. This time leather isn't just a jacket. You can get leather trousers, skirts, dresses etc love it! Silhouettes are in and it's all about the detail on the waist. So dig out your old waist belts and prepare to show for fall. Surprisingly looking a bit mannish is on trend! I would say Man up with a ladylike style. So keep those blouses on a close call. (Designers from left; Acne, Bottega Veneta & Etro).
